Prawn Cocktail

Ingredients: 

  • Prawns
  • Lettuce
  • 3 tbsp Light uht cream (1/2 syn)
  • 1 tbsp light mayo (1/2 syn)
  • 1/2 tbsp ketchup (1/2 syn)
  • tabasco

Method: 

Mix cream, mayo & ketchup, add a few drops of tabasco, add mixture to lettuce and prawns
